- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup Bandana Bandito Salsa Ranchera
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- Sour cream, cilantro & Bandana Bandito Salsa Ranchera for garnish

| Preparation Instructions |
Beat eggs with milk until light yellow in color. Add Bandana Bandito Salsa Ranchera and cheese.

| Cooking Instructions |
Coat skillet with non-stick pan spray and place over medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble to desired firmness. Just before removing from flame, stir in cream cheese until melted.

Serve with dollops of sour cream, chopped cilantro and Bandana Bandito Salsa Ranchera, with hot buttered flour tortillas and refried beans.
