Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Bandana Bandito red wine vinaigrette
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 16 small fresh mushrooms
  • grape size chiliegini mozzarella balls
  • 1 pound (2-inches thick) provolone, cubed
  • 1 12 oz. garlic summer sausage chub, 3/4 inch sliced and cut into quarters
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli hard salami, rolled up
  • 1/2 pound peeled and cooked shrimp
  • 2 (6-ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 (6-ounce) jar large pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 (5-ounce) jar Bandana Bandito jalapeno stuffed olives
  • 1 green pepper cut into strips
  • 10 to 12 pepperoncini salad peppers
Preparation Instructions 1. Combine red wine vinaigrette, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and pepper in a closed top container and shake well. Add the dressing mixture to the tomatoes and mushrooms and mozzarella balls in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.

2. Drain marinade from tomato mixture. Arrange tomato mixture and all remaining ingredients on platter as desired.
