Partner, this is the chili that has those fine upstanding folks talking in 2 languages and getting to church on time. It's a touch on the hot side, full of flavor and guaranteed to take the chill off on a cold winter night. When the Bandit serves this chili, he likes to top it off with shredded cheddar cheese and some chopped up onions. That part is optional.

- 3 lbs. extra lean ground beef
- 12 oz. of the Bandit's Bloody Mary Mix
- 16 oz. of the Bandit's HOT Salsa de Chili Verde
- 16 oz. of the Bandit's Medium Salsa Ranchera
- 1- 40 oz. can Hot chili beans
- 1- 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of Chili Powder

| Preparation Instructions |
Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. In a large pot add the ingredients to the cooked beef. For less heat, use less Salsa de Chili Verde. Enjoy!!
