| Preparation Instructions | 1. Combine red wine vinaigrette, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and pepper in a closed top container and shake well. Add the dressing mixture to the tomatoes and mushrooms and mozzarella balls in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
2. Drain marinade from tomato mixture. Arrange tomato mixture and all remaining ingredients on platter as desired. |
